Can I order photos in the form of prints on photographic paper?
No, prints are not available but you can order electronic versions and print them at the nearest photo lab.
Can I buy a movie from the finish line?
Yes, we make movies from the finish line, but only exclusively from the Ironman series. We deliver movies in 4K resolution.
How can I join your team as a photographer?
If you are interested in joining our team as a photographer, it is best to write to us at info@maratomania.pl attaching your portfolio. We will contact you if we have a job offer for you.
Can I share my photos on social media or in publications?
Yes, you can share your photos on social media or in publications, provided that you do not delete or change the maratomania watermark. If you want to remove the watermark, you have to buy a photo without a watermark on the maratomania.pl website
How long do I have to wait for my photos?
Your photos are ready to download within a few seconds of placing your order. Our system will automatically send it to your email address.
And if I bought my photos through the organizer’s website or before the competition?
Usually your photos will be ready to download within 24-48 hours after the end of the event. However, this time may vary depending on the scale and difficulty of the event, the number and quality of photos, and other factors. Therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding.
Can I get an invoice for the ordered photos?
Yes, you can get an invoice for the ordered photos. All you have to do is provide your invoice details when placing your order or send them to info@maratomania.pl after placing your order. The invoice will be sent to your email address within a few working days.
