I didn't receive my photos after purchase.
If you didn't receive an email with your photos after purchase, please check your SPAM folder. You can also download your photos by using the "Order Status" tab after payment.
How do I download free photos after purchasing a package?
After purchasing a package, you can download photos from the "Unlabeled Photos" category. Simply click the "Download Free Photo" button, which is located next to the "Buy Photo" button on each photo.
I can't find photos with my starting number.
Your photos may be in the "Unlabeled Photos" category (e.g., photos that were not assigned to a specific participant).
Can I purchase a finish line video?
Yes, we produce finish line videos, but only for the Ironman series. We deliver videos in 4K resolution.
How can I join your team as a photographer?
If you're interested in joining our team as a photographer, please email us at info@maratomania.pl with your portfolio. We will contact you if we have a job offer for you.
Can I share my photos on social media or in publications?
Of course! You can freely publish your photos on social media platforms. However, if you plan to use them for commercial purposes, you will need to purchase a license. The license cost is not included in the photo price. If you are interested, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with more information.
How long do I have to wait for my photos after placing an order?
We understand that quality and speed are crucial. That's why we deliver all your photos immediately after ordering, and what's more, exclusively in full resolution 4500 x 4500px. We are one of the few companies in the world that offer such fast photo delivery. Your photos will be ready for download within seconds of placing your order. We value your time and want you to enjoy your photos in the best possible quality as soon as possible.
What if I purchased my photos through the organizer's website or before the event?
Typically, your photos will be ready for download within 24-48 hours after the event. However, this time may vary depending on the scale and difficulty of the event, the number of photos, and other factors. Therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding.
What are the file sizes of my digital images?
The file size ranges from 0.5–5.0 MB, with a resolution of approximately 4500x4500px. This allows for sharp prints, even on large images. These beautiful digital images can decorate the walls of your home or office.
Can I receive an invoice for my ordered photos?
Yes, you can receive an invoice for your ordered photos. Simply provide your invoice details during checkout or send them to info@maratomania.pl after placing your order. The invoice will be sent to your email address within a few business days.
